Lucy Aphramor Ph.D. is a dietitian who pioneered a non-diet approach to healthy weight in the UK National Health Service and is internationally recognised for her contribution to advancing compassionate and socially-just nutrition narratives. She is a founder member of Critical Dietetics and a Visiting Research Fellow at Chester University, U.K., with extensive publication across disciplines. Her two weight science articles have combined hits over 160,000. She is owner of Well Founded and her innovative Well Now course, available through trained facilitators, builds on this research to offer a radical real-life reorientation of public health interventions targeting lifestyle change.
